As a spiritual consultant, I assist you in your inner work within a safe and sacred space. I offer a variety of gentle yet dynamic methods utilizing the Akashic Records, Past Life Regression, guided imagery and symbols to help you access your subconscious mind.

In 1983, I began an intensive study of metaphysics, vibrational remedies and energy healing that has continued to assist and enrich both my personal life and my work for the past 20+ years.



I am an Akashic Alliance Certified Teacher and Consultant, a Certified Past Life Regressionist, an ordained spiritual minister of the Order of Melchizedek, a Usui Reiki Master, a Silva Method Grad, and hold a Masters of Religious Metaphysical Education from the College of Metaphysical Studies.

When I meet with an individual or a group, I first create a sacred space within which we will do our inner work – our Meditative Insights. Each session & workshop is conducted co-creatively with my Record Keepers with the approprpiate Akashic Records open, so I can be of most assistance in my work.



Located in the Hendersonville/Asheville area of Western North Carolina, the methods I use include Akashic Consultations and teaching, Past Life Regression, Cutting the Ties That Bind, Numerology, and Flower Essences.

"Akasha" is Sanskrit for the energetic substance from which all life is formed. Your Akashic Records hold every thought, word and deed of your soul throughout time. To access your Records, I align myself with the Divine through the Akashic Alliance Method to Open. Clients are asked to come prepared with a list of questions they would like to ask, as this work is entirely directed by the interests of the client. It is recommended you group your questions around approximately three topics. Akashic Consultations can be held in person, by phone or occasionally by mail. This powerful ritual, developed by Phyllis Krystal, uses guided meditation and special symbols to free you from negative connections to authority figures. Results can be immediate and ongoing. When we change, it gives those around us the opportunity to change too. Two appointments over a period of at least two weeks are required, with a simple daily ten minute homework assignment for you to complete between your consultations. You state the issue, pattern or challenge you want to explore. I use flower essences and light hypnosis – similar to a guided meditation – to assist you. After relaxing in your Sanctuary, you have the opportunity to meet your Higher Wisdom in the Library of the Akashic Records. 2½ hr. individual consultation - $120

Past life regressions can also be experienced as a group with a group focus, such as "My Life of Greatest Joy". First I explain the entire process. After connecting the group together with their Higher Consciousness, I offer a similar format to the one-on-one sessions. One of the first steps to inner work is self knowledge. Numerology helps you understand yourself and others. From three pieces of information – your birth date, your name on your birth certificate, and your current name – you will receive a Numerology Report of approximately 25 pages. For couples, business partners or even best friends, I offer a Numerological Compatibility Report, of approximately 20 pages to help you maximize your strengths and work through your weak points with greater understanding.
